Tim Matthews (UK) is Deputy Director of The Policy Lab. Based in London, he is an issues management, communications and policy specialist across public, private and non-profit sectors, including senior roles with Serco Plc and the International Committee of the Red Cross. He has developed international engagement strategies dealing with complex and sensitive issues, and implemented a range of public policy, corporate responsibility and sustainable development programs, including work with the Royal Society, Shell and Unilever. Tim advises organisations operating in the fields of knowledge management, national security and intelligence and technology development.
